Promote sustainable,
high-tech innovation projects

One of our company’s strategic goals is to promote sustainable, high-tech innovation projects aimed at reducing dependence on fossil fuels and enhancing the value of industrial and agricultural waste.
Among these is the integrated plant for the production of biodiesel and pure regenerated oil (PPO) from high-acidity waste oils such as HFCPO, POME, and UCO.

Thanks to patented technologies developed by one of our affiliated companies, these plants are capable of converting exhausted or waste oils into high-performance biofuels, without the use of external chemicals or catalysts. The process yields pure regenerated oil with an acidity below 0.5% and an efficiency of over 98%, ready to be used in diesel engines, HVO plants, and other industrial applications.

These plants, optimized for installation in areas with abundant low-cost raw materials—such as Indonesia and Malaysia—enable the transformation of highly polluting waste (like palm oil mill effluent – POME, or high-acidity palm oil – HFCPO) into valuable resources. All of this is in compliance with European environmental regulations and benefits from the “double-counting” incentive program under RED II.

In addition to its strong environmental relevance, the project also delivers positive social and economic impacts by supporting local supply chains, creating jobs, and contributing to the energy security of the regions involved.
